In an initiative dedicated to the municipality’s social welfare organizations, the HaHaArt Film Festival created Cinema for Everyone featuring free screenings curated to meet the diverse programming needs of its participants.

The selection prioritizes Portuguese comedy productions, ensuring greater accessibility to an audience with a high illiteracy rate.

The project was created with the goal of bringing to the theaters people who are typically excluded from the city’s community and cultural life, and to provide them with the shared experience of coming together to watch comedy films.
