Comedy cinema is the focus of the festival that, by selecting and highlighting national and international short films, intends to promote and affirm the artistic value of this cinematographic genre, so often relegated to a secondary role.

The HaHaArt Film Festival is not just another film festival in the Portuguese panorama, it is “the” comedy film festival in Portugal and it is our challenge to give due notoriety to the emerging film production in this field.
